I am passionate about analyzing and developing strategies to provide business solutions to complex problems to drive impactful change. I consider myself to possess a high level of EQ with the ability to speak to individuals at varying levels in any organization. I believe strongly in empowering those around me to drive results, giving clear direction with plenty of room for creativity. I have been a leader of teams for over 10 years, while at the same time completing my B.A. in business economics from CSU Long Beach with honors. I am a current MBA candidate at the University of Southern California, learning new skills and resources to further my business understanding to aid me in my future career.What I am most proud of is my ability to drive leading results at work and in school while balancing my life at home with my wife and two kids. I have developed an innate ability to plan, organize and execute on competing priorities to ensure that I excel in all areas. Through these capabilities, I have positioned myself to lead the busiest district for Starbucks in Southern California, and become a top MBA student and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an honor's society for the top 10% of MBA students.My MBA electives have focused around finance, data analytics and strategy. While my true passion is forming strategic solutions for organizations, I believe the future of strategy will continue to driven by quantitative analysis that aids in effective decision making. I love being thrown into ambiguous situations, leveraging data analysis to find meaningful solutions. I am looking for a career that will leverage my skill set of economic reasoning, analytical ability, financial understanding, and strategy to create meaningful solutions and add value to the organization.In my spare time you can find me hanging out with my two kids and wife, deep sea fishing, camping and hiking. I also love coffee and enjoy trying new ways of brewing and crafting drinks.
