I was a co-founder of The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where we successfully raised hundreds of millions of equity and bank financing for a new startup cruise line. Previously as CFO of Silversea Cruises, I completed three sale-leaseback transactions raising hundreds of millions of financing and one acquisition of a small cruise line. During my early career at Credit Suisse, JPMorgan and RBC Capital Markets, I completed seven syndicated credit facilities, two HY bond offerings, four M&A transactions and twelve IPO and secondary offerings.I have a global perspective, both professionally and personally. I have managed complex international organizations operating in multiple legal and tax jurisdictions and under different accounting and HR regimes. I was born in Shanghai and grew up in New York. My professional career took me from New York to San Francisco, London, Monaco and now Miami. I am a native speaker in English and Mandarin and have conversational fluency in Italian.
