It is also worth mentioning the management of reports and dashboards, data analysis, and interpretation.I work with an active interface of clients in Brazil and worldwide, partners, and banks, and develop projects focused on process mapping, UX journey construction, presentation of strategies, and plans. In addition, I coordinate activities for the development of email marketing campaigns, implementation of pages and content with other teams.

During my time at Avant Garde, I played an important role in managing accounts and building relationships with B2B clients in the tourism industry. I made regular visits to the industry's major distributors, both in Brazil and in other Latin American markets, maintaining a strong relationship with them. I was responsible for maintaining CRM tools and negotiation pipelines.In addition, I planned and executed email marketing campaigns, developed promotional materials such as brochures, books, e-books, presentations, with direct contribution to content curation. I also had the opportunity to produce and manage content on social media, participate in technical familiarization trips with clients to destinations such as Dubai, Turkey, and Indonesia, as well as participate and exhibit at national and international trade shows.I was responsible for managing sales and activity reports, as well as product, destination, and tool consulting, assisting accounts in developing their businesses. I also conducted various training sessions in agencies focused on destinations, products, and trends, contributing to the knowledge and sales skills of travel agents and incentives.

During my time at BETC HAVAS, I worked in the management of communication campaigns, coordinating the production and delivery of online and offline materials, such as Facebook, Instagram, newspapers, magazines and POS materials.In addition, I was responsible for organizing and negotiating the agenda with the client and the various departments involved, such as creative team, media, traffic and finalization, ensuring the proper flow of deliveries. I was able to play a crucial role in managing delivery schedules for media outlets and suppliers, always seeking to ensure the quality and effectiveness of campaigns.
