I was in charged to manage holding and other four group companies book keeping and accountancy, i.e. financial statements, reporting and consolidation of each individual company.I was responsible for general accounting and management, finance, credit control, performance management, budget, forecast, reports to the Private Equity Found, and external consultants.Achievements: 6 Due Diligences completed, M&A and every single aspect related to accounting of a company acquired in February 2009. Moreover I fulfill in a competitor’s company branch acquisition. I also created annual reports according to international standards IAS/IFRS in older to match Austrian Head office standards. I managed the switch from standard accounting structure to the matrix one. Converting part of the company of the group into a ‘New-co’, detachment of branch of the company controlled by the holding; implementation of international standards IAS/IFRS in the Consolidated Financial Statement, merger of 4 companies and implementation of a new accounting system as ordered by the headquarter.Implementation of the processes of credit control with a reduction of 30 days of credit recovery, alignment of two accounting processes of the group as used by the Anglo-Saxon style to the dual accounting style, moving the accounting from Tempor Spa based in Rome to Sinterim Spa based in Milan. A change of invoicing systems and merger between the two companies with the liquidation of Comar Trasporti Spa and Centro Servizi Srl, two small companies, the first based in Genoa and the second in Milan.
