Helped start up Axia (boutique strategy consulting firm) and grow business to ~$100MM. I started as a Consultant and progressively moved up to Partner/Principal. I had responsibility for Sales, Operations, Staff Development, and Client Delivery.I worked collaboratively with business leaders to deliver profitable growth, tackle urgent strategic issues and overcome obstacles to maximize value. I work side-by-side, helping develop and implement realistic, sustainable strategies to achieve high impact near-and long-term success.I started the healthcare practice that grew to $25MM. I advised clients on business planning, organization design and development, network and facility planning, governance/decision making, physician-hospital alignment, physician compensation and incentives alignment, funds flow, patient access, pre-visit improvement, physician and clinical staff productivity, care management/patient throughput, capacity management/asset utilization, O/R block management and scheduling, labor and productivity management, workforce and resource planning, strategic sourcing, supply chain and inventory management, revenue cycle, performance management.I advised corporate clients on growth strategy, marketing strategy and optimization, due diligence, merger integration, performance improvement, complexity management, integrated cost programs, strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, shared services design, organizational design and effectiveness, process improvement, and performance management. Beyond client responsibilities, I held several leadership roles, including leading Axia’s Cost Transformation offerings, member of Axia's executive team, leading the firm’s staffing, spearheading Learning and Development programs, playing a leading role in recruiting and firm building, master of the fun committee, and mentoring and coaching hundreds of bright-eyed and motivated junior colleagues.
