Hi! My name is Vida. Thanks for your time to check my resume.I have 10+ years of several different software system experience from front-end sales to back-end project implementation and maintenance. I has been an account sales for Call Center Total Solution, included software, hardware and human resource for customer service plan, also been a project planner who has strong communication and organizational skill and constantly completed tasks on time.I have been a sales, account executive in Exhibition fields, and also been a Call Center Consultant and Trainer before I join Delta Electronic. In 2018, I join to a big family in Delta Electronic. In the first 2 year, I worked in Delta Coup. IT CRM team. Currently, I am a section manager in Delta Building Automation Business Group to lead 4 people to support BABG software solution’s quality control and software testing. This QA job also improve myself from the pure software products go to the IOT world of Building Automation. I also see more real voice from sales and customers which are so different from the view and that is the most important reason I decided to back to business side in 2020 from Delta Corp.
