Supervision of the daily work of of approx. 25 people.Creation and execution of a complex operational and organization model. Management of play out for five TV channels (Music Mix, Super One, Nóta Tv, PV TV, Egészség TV (test period)). Preparation of further channels, e.g. the Bulgarian ZEN TV.Most unique experience:Seeing the initial invesment processes of IMC taught me how a TV studio is created from the very basics. This period gave me valuable technical knowledge.
