Responsibilities:• I managed the team of fifteen maintenance and engineering technician to provide the technical services to the department to run 450 parts with 32 injection-molding machines. • I executed the project for the transference process of the molds from USA and Mexico to Dominican Republic.• I managed the process of the development of procedures and work instructions for using the molding process.• I performed the test run and validation of the Injection molds Main achievements: • I implemented the SMED technique, obtaining an increase in the productivity of a 20% reduction in mold changing times by 40%.• I transferred forty-five injection mold toolings from USA and Mexico.• I implemented the 5's in the machine area in order to eliminate the mixture of materials and reduce the variance. Obtaining annual saving more than US$ 3,000.00.

Achievements: • I designed and implemented the preventive and predictive maintenance of all the machines and equipment’s • I designed and implemented the parameter sheets to reduce the timing startup machine. • I reduced the accidents caused by puncturing tools in more than 50%.
