I am head of the RSM Transaction Services team, and assist both Corporate and Private Equity clients with Transaction Advisory services, primarily focusing on buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence, also covering IPO (Oslo Børs and Euronext Growth) engagements.I have broad experience from managing both local and cross border transactions, including working with RSM transaction teams across Europe and North America. We advise clients across a wide variety of sectors, ranging from software and technology businesses to real estate transactions.With auditor background I regularly take on assignments as independent expert in relation to statements under the Norwegian Companies Legislation and as co-judge in financial law suits in Norwegian courts.Core competencies:- Management of FDD teams- IFRS and NGAAP- Working Capital analysis, Cash Flow analysis, P&L & quality of earnings, LoI/Term Sheet and SPA review (financial clauses and price mechanisms)- Norwegian Companies Legislation
