I am acting as the Product Owner of the Halo Valuation System while performing the below duties, but still performing a BA role for a few projects. • Gathering and documenting customer requirements/ feedback to understand future product (Halo) enhancements.• Maintaining strong relationships with business units, integration partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.• Analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities via Support System Analytics (Fresh Service) and PowerBI.• Making recommendations for system and process improvements while making sure the solutions are aligned with the Opteon strategy. • Acting as an escalation point for complex issues related to Halo, coordinating with support and technical teams to resolve them.• Maintaining the Halo Product delivery roadmap and providing periodic updates to senior stakeholders in relation to total spending and ROI tracking.

I have been involved in multiple projects at different BA capacities• Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather detailed business and system requirements.• Analyzing requirements that involve as-is/ to-be process modeling, gap analysis, wireframes and advanced Excel.• Playing a major role in system design and integration design• Coordinating with external vendors/partners for system support, testing, building, and implementating integrations.• Showcasing the builds to business stakeholders iteratively and acting on feedback with minimal scope creep.• Developing test plans and conducting testing to ensure systems meet business requirements, also facilitating UAT.• Performing change impact assessments and change plans to streamline the changes with minimum negative impacts. • Release management that includes coordinating the release with the engineering team, documenting release notes, and maintaining a knowledge base (SharePoint) with user guides.• Providing training to business users and support team to ensure they thoroughly understand new systems/enhancements and processes. • Providing post-go-live as well as ongoing support for Halo implementations, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.• Monitoring and investigating recurring issues in Halo to identify the root causes and implement long-term, future-proof solutions.• Leading sprint ceremonies in the absence of SCRUM master or tech-lead. • Making sure the backlog is updated as per ticket priority and user stories, features, and epics are up to date with status, notes, tags, iterations etc. • Guiding and mentoring less experienced BAs and QAs and being the product specialist for stakeholders.• Led a few BA maturity uplift activities including ‘switching requirements documentation to Agile from Waterfall’, ‘support desk uplift for Halo’, and ‘giving more flexibility and authority to BAs for Prioritisation’.
