In this role I have a team of Eleven direct reports consisting of Data Architects, Developers, Data Scientists and Data Engineers spread across International providing Professional Consulting services.Reporting directly to the Vice President of International on forecasting, backlog, engagement status on a weekly, monthly and quarterly periods; provide delivery and project management; Contract scoping and customer relationship management services to external customers and internal business units.Delivery Manager • Planning and executing for success; post-sales engagements scheduled with existing and new customers • Scoping projects, determining level of effort and pricing• Keeping to budget and meeting Corporate KPI’s• Ensuring that our customers are consistently delighted with the post-sales experience • Hiring a team of A+ players, including the development of a pipeline of top talent • Working with regional and area Sales managers to ensure our sales accounts are adequately resourced • Close collaboration with Sales Leaders in the region to plan and prepare for forthcoming engagements, also attending pre-Sales meetings where appropriate • Developing, mentoring and coaching the PS team, ensuring they are working at their optimum levels• Weekly 1:1 with engineers and fortnightly Regional updates• Nurturing and expanding on talents in the existing team • Identifying obstructions to success and facilitating solutions • Performance management for team members • Ensuring that new hires are properly on-boarded and trained• Tools used: Salesforce, Netsuite, G Suite, Cornerstone, Slack, SAP Concur

In this role I provide a variety of senior level project management, technical support, and customer relationship management services to external customers and internal business units.Lead Four Data centre builds, Sydney , Melbourne, Japan and China to the value of $2+million in Revenue.Managing all Oracle Cloud Service tickets for all Sydney and Melbourne Data centres.Day to Day work providing Installation and Support Services to Oracle contracted customers.
