Led community organizing efforts for the Steyer campaign in VA

Managed and executed advocacy efforts for the unified voice of the yellow school bus industry. Served as ASBC spokesperson and represented ASBC at industry events and TV interviews. Wrote speeches and talking points for industry executives. Advised partners and school bus community about legislative and regulatory developments important to the industry.Notable successes include developing and leading efforts to secure a sole-source grant with a federal agency to create a public information campaign about the safety of school buses; securing the participation of the U.S. Secretaries of Transportation and Education (and Members of Congress) at multiple events in support of school buses; leading national grassroots advocacy campaigns; managing a large-scale qualitative and quantitative research initiative; and placing ASBC content on national cable news programming.

JBANC represents the interests of Estonian-, Latvian-, and Lithuanian-Americans before Congress, the Administration, and Washington's foreign policy / diplomatic communities.

Provided full-service federal representation before Congress for corporate, healthcare, municipal, education, and non-profit clients on issues including budget/appropriations, transportation policy, consumer products, aviation, energy/environment, education, and healthcare.
