Developed best practice initiatives for daily and long-term support modules. Performed integration configuration and assisted with global deployments for numerous video related applications such as Cisco SnS (Recording/Streaming), Cisco Jabber (Desktop) and Cisco TMSXE, which allows for the reservation of video conferencing resources through Microsoft Outlook. Served as broadcast technical lead for Intuit’s San Diego location during large-scale, multisite events; duties included managing the main live outbound and inbound Cisco SnS and Ustream broadcast feeds. Coordinated simultaneously with local and remote live-event production crews along with Intuit’s IT multimedia technical services team and key technical leads from all broadcast sites in order to provide seamless video broadcasts to thousands of attendees viewing live from remote sites around the world.
