Internship period: November 2016-January 2017Risk Control Matrix- IFC document under The Companies Act 2013-The project assigned under Internal Audit included creating and finalizing of a Risk Control Matrix for the group of Companies as a part of Internal Audit and a reference tool for Statutory Audits. -The Internal Financial Control (IFC) was a compliance document required under The Companies Act, 2013 which was implemented by the company for official purpose. -It involved getting to know every single process and to contribute to betterment of internal checking and authorization systems of the company to determine Inherent, Control and Detection Risks of the systems in place and to lower the intensity of risks and prevention of errors.-The processes included collecting information and following a trail from Production, Inventory and Stores Management, Procurement (Domestic and Import), Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & OEM, After Market and retailers, Export and Customer Services. -Further, several process improvement suggestions were recommended and adopted by the company, they included changes and alterations in the invoicing and billing systems of dispatch through the ERP System- RAMCO.Internship period: August 2017-October 2017GST compliance and effects of GST:- Determined changes in Working Capital, Pre and Post GST-Created a tool along with computation of GST for filing of GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR 3 &3B. -Underwent training organised by the GST council in the Union Territory of Daman.
