Assigned as Team Lead in EDA, Modeling, and Web App Development for the project• Data Collection Phase - Collected satellite data using Google Earth Engine, climate data through web scraping, and infrastructure data using the OSM API.• EDA Phase - Preprocessed and cleaned the data. Utilized folium maps and GeoPandas to generate meaningful insights and visualizations.• Model Training Phase - Performed feature extraction and trained an XGBClassifier model with Optuna hyperparameter optimization, achieving excellent classification results. Used MLflow to log the model metrics.• Web Application Development Phase - Wrote the backend logic and contributed to designing the UI for the Streamlit web application.• Web Application Deployment Phase - Assisted in deploying the web application on Streamlit Cloud Community.
