• Bachelors in Information Technology with 11+ years of combined experience in Analysis, Design, Development and Implementation of business application systems for Freight and Telecom domain as a BI/ETL Developer. • Excellent Experience in Designing, Developing, Documenting, Testing of ETL jobs and mappings in Server and Parallel jobs using Data Stage to populate tables in Data Warehouse and Datamarts.• Expert in designing Parallel and Server jobs using various stages like Join, Merge, Lookup, Remove duplicates, Filter, Dataset, Complex flat file, Modify, Hashed file, Sequential file and Aggregator.• Experienced in integration of various data sources (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata and complex flat files) into a staging area.• Experience in analyzing the data generated by the business process, defining the granularity, source to target mapping of the data elements, creating Indexes and Aggregate tables for the data warehouse design and development.• Experience in developing complex interface files and securely transfer the files (SFTP) using shell scripts.• Proven track record in troubleshooting of Data Stage jobs and addressing production issues like performance tuning and enhancement.• Experienced in UNIX shell scripting as part of file manipulation, scheduling and text processing.• Experienced in SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS and Power BI reporting methodologies. • Experience in database design and development using SQL Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access.• Experienced in data migration from a legacy system to the Microsoft Azure Storage.• God exposure in the Object Oriented Programming (.Net and Visual Basic).• Strong Skills in analyzing user requirements, writing use cases, design and test specifications. • Design High-Level Intermediate ETL Design documents based on the data warehousing practices and standards.• Good Exposure towards Testing Techniques and Methodologies.
