PlayAblo is a gamified learning platform. Playablo combines different gameplay elements with a well-designed curriculum that delivers a great learning experience for learners.Playablo has 3 product lines - PlayAblo for Corporate Learning , PlayAblo for skill development and PlayAblo for schools.Currently, I work as Product advisor for the product line 'Playablo for Business' and 'PlayAblo for skill development' and broadly my role involves in partnering with organizations and implementing customized gamified learning solution for employee training ,also partnering with organizations that works on skill development of young adults,especially spoken English to make them employable. Provide product overview and demo to customer.Develop relationship with customers and handle escalations.Coordinate with team and get the content mapped with the customer requirement.Give hands on training to customer.Constant review on customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow-up and ensure on license renewals

Working on initial qualification, opportunity identification and take the discussion forward with cross selling, up selling.Understanding customer requirement and proposing the right solution.Maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers.Responsible for the development of business opportunities and expansion of the product at Corporate Account level.Close tracking of leads and assuring successful closure.Working closely with teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
