Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current• As part of the Talent Acquisition team I am responsible for end-to-end recruiting for all new hires at Brighthouse Financial. • This includes: Collaborating with hiring managers to define the needs on their team & meeting regularly to stay up-to- date on hiring efforts and employee retention • Conduct phone screens and measure candidates against a specific job profile, recommend candidates to hiring managers for in-person interviews, disposition both external and internal candidates• Managing interviews from step one all the way through to the offer acceptance • Onboarding assistance and partnering with HR Business Partners through various stages of recruitment and onboarding• Building strong relationships and partnerships with the business to manage and coordinate diversity and inclusion initiatives
