-Currently managing a team of 12 members who are currently implementing the mobile site of the most popular Canadian retailer “The Bay”.-I am sole responsible for successful execution of the project and seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline.-My role as the Team Lead also involves influencing my peers and stakeholders in other functions to achieve the operational and business goals assigned.-My major role stands on Gathering, Analyzing and Understanding of Business Requirements and providing effective solutions to clients.-My role includes preparing the weekly/monthly/quarterly reports in regards to the project status . I am also responsible for effectively managing Tickets from Internal/External Stakeholders by meeting SLA’s and resolving the same on time.-Earlier in previous project along with my senior, had a worked with a team of 40+ members for the Ecommerce website -TOMS-My role as a project manager involves discussions with the Development/Testing Team on the impact of the changes and preparing the Project Estimates.-I was made to be involved in this project as a special request from my upper management based on my past experience and nature of dealing with client and other stakeholders.-I also manage Stakeholder Communication across multiple lines of business on Operational Milestones and Escalations etc. by participating in Business Calls with the different vendors involved.-Clearly communicated problems and progress to upper management via engaging and apt presentations.

-Managed ecommerce website of Skava’s first ecommerce client-AIMIA India, and released the project successfully, though I was assigned on this project only during the execution Phase--My major role stands on sharing the requirements to the team, help them on the implementation and deliver the right deliverables on the proposed time.-Trained 4 evolving team members as associate project managers by providing guidance on the standards and key activities to be carried out by a project management team.-As the project was a joint venture with Infosys , have conversed with stakeholders in Infy and maintained a smooth relationship.-I have also been engaged in daily calls with the customers and various third party vendors on the project, understood their needs and worked to meet their expectations.-Conducted daily scrum meetings and weekly review meetings with the Scrum team and shared the exact reports with the upper management-Created easily readable dashboards in JIRA and share all the needed information at one shot.-Later during the year was involved in Keurig Mobile project release and handled the Black friday on mobile succesfully.-Conducted retrospective meetings and collected feedback from various stakeholders and documented the same in confluence for future references.-Conducted annual reviews of the team and provided feedback for each of the team members and helped them to improve in their career

-Managed mobile implementations for clients like Barnes and Noble,Staples and Kohls along with my superior .-Conduct daily scrum meets , follow up with team and help deliver the daily deliverables.-Involved in the setup of various development environments.-Cross team communication management-Worked under tight deadlines, managed simultaneously occurring tasks and shifting priorities, control project change and generate maximum team performance- Analytical abilities, team building and motivation skills helped to manage team resources easily-Done Deployments for the implementation at various level of project.
