Have experience in handling,1) Contracts especially the LSTK contracts which includes the contract packages for process plants, utility packages, pipeline contracts.2) Procurement of catalysts & chemicals on indigenous and global procurement basis.3) Procurement of capital items, spares and consumables on indigenous and global procurement basis.4) Finalizing work contracts, service contracts, corporate contracts, IT related contracts.5) Involved in the pre-award and post award activities like;o Reviewing the purchase requisitions in view of commercial aspects, identifying the lacuna.o Finalizing the procurement strategy based on market analysis, risk assessments, urgency of requirement etc. o Tendering as per the laid down procedureso Identifying the suitable vendors for particular item/serviceo Reviewing commercial risks and formulate the conditions to mitigate/minimize the same.o Finalizing strategy for negotiation and conducting Negotiation with vendors and awarding contracts.o Contract managemento Post contract issues like change orders, amendments in contracts etc. especially in lump-sum turnkey contracts.o Contract closures, claim settlements etc.
