• Co-ordinate with the New project team for participating in the central/state wind projects through e-Bidding Process using TCIL & MSTC online Portals.
• Preparing all necessary documents (Technical Bid & Financial Bid) as required for participating in the Tenders, Timely submission of both online and offline documents followed by e-reverse auction to fix the project.
• Post Tendering activities like Award of Contract, PPA signing, Document supports for Financial Closure, etc.,
• Preparation of Due Diligence Reports, Feasibility Reports, Detailed project Reports, Comparison statements etc.,
• Assisting Brown Field Project Due Diligence activities for both Wind and Solar Projects for acquisition in various states of India.

Madurai Area, India

• Assisting/handling of front office team which includes of direct walk ins, phone calls, emails and other source of lead generation for further conversion of business to the center.
• Preparing Weekly/ Monthly Target Vs Achieved report to Enhance center business and shared to the team.
• Organizing Center Review Meeting on every month to improvise the said action plans and appreciation session on their individual achievements for the month.
• Nominating tech team for further training on new technology platform to HO.
• Assisting /handling Student Service Assistant on enrollment process, student docket, course ware (physically and digitally).
• Responsible for Daily sales report and month end closing.

Bangalore

• Identifying the Prospect leads through different Ad campaigns and channelize every lead to the exact business team for further closure.
• Preparing Technical documents and support on each project.
• Coordinating with other dept; for Marketing, Production, Purchase, QC & Customer support till completion of project and service.
• Responding to Client requests for Proposals(RFPs)
• Rigorous followups on every lead till the closure of Business.
• Updating all information in the tracking System (ZOHO CRM) tool.
