• I Played a role of an individual contributor.I Served as the first level HR interviewer to handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing profiles, initial screening of candidates, scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.• Initiating complete follow-ups with the new joine before the joining date & managing the Joining formalities for the new joinees• Executing proper background verification process by Collecting the required credentials.Responsible for Complete end to end recruitment & Employee Engagement activities.Responsible for Post recruitment activities.
