Ms. Vidhyaa M has had 19 years of experience in the field of HR consulting and practice, after her graduation in Textile Technology and Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in HR from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (1991). She is currently doing her MSc in Organizational Psychology through London University's External programme.Significant career achievements• Extensive work in organization restructuring, organizational renewal, design/redesign of HR processes and systems including HR processes for technology interfaces, conceptualization, design and delivery of training across levels in varied organizations• Change management interventions• HR Operations in fast-paced industries and work environments like telecom• Part of a core team setting up HR department, learning and development centre, new vertical, new practice area etc.• Ability to work with diverse teams, manage matrix relationships.• Experience in dealing with senior management teams right through consulting stint and in HR practice.Organizations worked with :Tata Consultancy Services, Satyam Computer Services, Bharti Airtel Limited and the Murugappa Group of Companies.
