• Training need analysis from Business and HRBPs • Develop training plans and training curricula for internal development programs• Support internal roll-out of training programs, project of support function specific• Ensure compliance of local and global training programs • Stakeholder management and buy-in for launching/implementing programs• Co-ordinate for publishing training calendar, enrollment, invitations, pre-work, venue booking and post program feedback, etc. (end to end training processes) including data analysis of training related metrics (SLA, TAT, Cost, training days, person days etc.,) reporting and maintaining training records• Measure learning effectiveness via information from surveys, feedback sessions and performance reviews• Enhance training effectiveness through follow-up and IDP’s• Foster a learning culture
