I was part of the Design Technology team where I worked on streamlining and automating the analysis of occupant satisfaction surveys using python coding language. The widget took the survey response export (as a flat excel file) and categorized the data based on the survey questions and sub-questions. The numerical responses were post-processed using NumPy, and the subjective responses were classified and sentiment-analyzed using NLTK and Spacy. The post-processed data was visualized using Plotly in python.
