• Colaborating with NHM Metallurgist to do the partial and full comissioning stage of CIL Plant Expansion Project.
• Responsible for making the standard operational procedure for several activites relating to the CIL plant operational.
• Colaborating with NHM Metallurgist for monitoring and maintaining the CIL Plant operational parameters to achieve good production result.
• Colaborating with NHM Metallurgist for optimizing CIL Plant parameter to reduce operational cost and get better Plant performance.

- Be Part of Gold Mining Team associate with Petrosea NHM Project.- Be Part of Merril Crowe Plant Metallurgist associate with NHM.- Doing testwork to improve the production process at Merril Crowe Plant.- Be Part of Metallurgist at CIL Plant Expansion Project of PT NHM- Doing the testwork to determine the Processing Parameter of CIL Expansion Plant

- Be part of Minerva Team (Operation Excellence) in various improvement Project.- Be part of each divion in Mining Business Line for each rotation (Fleet Management System, Mining Operation, Drill and Blast, Mining Production, and Asset Management)- Making improvement project for each departement for each rotation stage

1. Doing contract review for incoming order based on the production capacity of the plant2. Collecting and analyzing production parameter and giving feedback to the operation team for the improvement.3. Doing plant trial for new spesification of steel and optimation purpose4. Doing review for the complaint comes from the customer

Online internship at PT ANTAM Tbk Pomalaa Sulawesi Tenggara. As an intern, we learnd about the production of Ferronickel shot from mineral processing untill extraction and refining process through pyrometallurgical process. For the final reports, we made a literature review about the separation of magnetic and nonmagnetic material from calcination process.
