- Daily monitoring DHL QSMS (Quality Shipment Monitoring System) program inbound and outbound shipment by update remarks that have given by operations team.- Conducting a daily check and update input all the actual arrival time inbound outbound data based information using UAS (Unified Airline System) that was given by flights alerts from the operations team.- Monitoring and update the real time flights depart and arrival that DHL booked for international delivery using commercial flights.- Conducting NMIV (Network Movement Integrated View) program to input all the loading instructions containers from operations teams for based daily international delivery using Megantara Flights to DHL Asia Pacific HUB (Singapore).- Help tracing shipment that needed to be check if necessary, such as oversized or overweight, time or temperature sensitive, dangerous goods, neutral delivery shipment and high value.

Factory - Sukabumi

FINANCE:- Monitoring the mutation/transaction via bank to know the balance of each bank (Mandiri, BCA & BNI) every day by phone or other facilities.- Informing if there are any payment from consumer via bank to accounting department.- Conducting payment based on the document paid by the director of finance and accounting via bank (check “letter of authorization” or bilyet giro) after signed by factory manager, the manager of finance and manager accounting.- Daily input of outing and incoming bank based on the date of transaction.- Input of payment per vendor via bank to know the debt balancing.- Copy the voucher payment to each department (when needed).- Filling temporarily the document paid completely with its supporting document based on the number and date of transaction.- Delivering evidence of exit/incoming bank completely with its supporting document to the accounting department.- Filling evidence of exit/incoming bank.IT:- Maintenance and solving troubleshooting client operating system and computer hardware.- Upgrade computer client if necessary or there are some hardware issues.- Building and maintain internet server (internet gateway).- Building and maintain standard network management & configuration.
