I was responsible for all compliances entailing talent management and investor onboarding. My responsibilities include but not limited to: • Job description design by coordinating with business for technical requirements• Candidate sourcing via portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine and others• Resume Screening, Skillset matching and aligning interview processes• Compensation negotiation post completion of interview process• Payroll management – liaising with 3rd Party service provider for salary disbursements• Designing of Employee Handbook & Onboarding Policy • Analyzing business prospects, projects, investments, background check for all parties involved, term sheets, risk, recovery, shareholding recourse, finalizing shareholding agreements. Within my seven months, three projects with AUM of INR 175 Cr were finalized and signed.

Primary responsibilities were:• Created, vetted and revised documents on behalf of the company. Learnt using relativity for vetting international documents.• Assisted with international litigation processes through eDiscovery.

Worked upon researching international laws, creating documents when required, going through the whole case, being a researching part of the litigation, communicating with clients on daily basis was my day-to-day job. I have worked on cases from Kuwait, United Kingdom, United States to name a few.
