In addition to Seating role, aligned directly with the Global Head for GWS (Global Workspace Solutions) as PMO to provide comprehensive support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveries of the multiple parallel projects. Tracking the milestones, budget, key stakeholders, mitigate risks for each project through dashboards and periodic follow-ups.

Subject Matter Expert on Seating Application and Processes. In addition to the HelpDesk activities recognized as the BPO (Business Process Owner) for the Seating Application. Directly dealing with the dedicated technical team for Seating Application for further automation, changes, updates and improvement in the application.

Working to resolve employee queries on seating requirements. Handling business seating requirements and managing the seat movements. Tracking and maintaining facility/seat additions and exits and configuring in Seating Application. Working along-side technical team to improve the seating application experience. Tracking Seat Demands and Seat Releases through various excel trackers & dashboards.

1.Handled multiple key accounts acting as SPOC such as Better Place, Kotak Mahindra, Skill Connect, Seven Hills, Verify 360 etc.2.Also responsible for Business Growth and any kinds of Escalations through client meetings.3.Worked alongside a team of 7 business development executives to achieve business targets assigned and also to ensure the growth of the accounts assigned.4.Achieved milestone of 1,50,000 transactions in a single month for Skill Connect project of Better Place.5.Awarded with the title of Star of the Month for consecutive 4 months for achieving the allotted targets.6.Responsible for the Residence Verification Checks, Employment Checks, Education checks, Various Document Proofs Collection (Digitally) for the above mentioned accounts.
