For past one year, I have been working to guide product strategy and interaction design for a digital wellness and accountability startup, LeadMeNot.- Designed blocker and revamped the onboarding experience, leading to a reduction in churn rate and an increase in MAUs from 500 to 10,000.- Revamped the visual design and established a new design system, resulting in 40% faster product sprints and visual consistency on different surfaces.- Led implementation of the pricing model strategy, effectively raising $100K in seed funding from angel investors.

During my 6-month internship at Uber, I had the privilege of working with the Earners and Vehicles team.- Collaborated with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to define product requirements and scope the design-led effort to develop a homepage for the Supplier Dashboard.- Designed end-to-end experience by defining JTBD and utilizing systems thinking to address complex user needs.- Validated my designs through moderated user testing and presented my work to get buy-in from product and design leadership.- Pioneered the first UXR initiative in the supplier space by collaborating with research and product teams to uncover major user pain points and inform product decisions for the 2023 H2 roadmap.- Initiated efforts to gather and share existing knowledge within the larger design team on localization practices for a global product.- Organized Bangalore Design Night, attracting over 450 participants and featuring presentations by the VP of Design and Mobility Design Director at Uber India Office.

During my time as a product design intern at MPL, I had the opportunity to work with the incubated team at GGX, where I helped develop an SDK integration for a Web3 NFT Marketplace that could be integrated into web2 games to transform them into Web3 games.As a member of a 0-to-1 product team, I learned how to collaborate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. My experience at MPL gave me the confidence to create consumer-centric products that users love to use. I also gained extensive knowledge and skills in UX research, UI design, and design systems.Throughout my internship, I gained hands-on experience with Figma and a prototyping tool, and worked on the following projects at MPL:- Revamping the information architecture, - Designing for trust in the GGX ecosystem - Improving the Buying experience for users- Iterating on landscape and portrait games- Designing the Notification Flow

I was responsible for creating a document titled "Policy recommendations for enhancing sexual and reproductive health through community sexual and reproductive health doulas" for the company. This document was eventually presented by ECYDO, along with the Ethiopian Doula Association and Amplify Change, to the United Nations for funding. Our efforts were successful, as the NGO was able to secure funding for their project. This project was a great success, and I was proud to be a part of it.

Working as a story illustrator, I was responsible for designing and creating digital illustrations for the company's latest series of free coloring pages. I worked closely with the Product Manager to create kid-friendly, easy-to-color illustrations that would appeal to our growing younger audience. It was a great opportunity to use my skills and creativity to contribute to a fun and engaging project.In my tenure, I designed 185 illustrations which were published on their website and helped in bringing significant web traffic to the company’s website.

I was accountable for analyzing companies and their current products to establish a synonymous brand identity. I worked closely with 8 companies to help them establish a brand identity by developing their logos, social media posts and brand language to promote their business. It helped the brands to scale up their digital presence.I developed my understanding of brand marketing along with visual design. The role exposed me to working with clients directly and I worked significantly in the longer design process.

The responsibilities included various works regarding designing of social media posts, certificates, posters, and pamphlets. The main project was to design a foldable informative calendar poster on the lines of SDG6 by the United Nations. It was targeted towards rural women and educating them about clean water sanitation, and informed about various health issues associated with it. The project was a success with distribution of those pamphlets to over 1000 families in rural Delhi.
