With over 33 years of experience in the tire industry, I have served as a leader and expert in tire technology, collaborating with various Indian and international tire manufacturers to develop comprehensive ranges of tires for diverse segments and applications. My track record demonstrates my prowess in technological innovation and the ability to foster enduring relationships with multinational corporations and prominent OEMs.I currently hold the position of Chief Technology Officer at RALSON Tyres, a group company of the globally second-largest and India's largest bicycle tire manufacturer, RALSON Group. I commenced my tenure at RALSON in October 2019 with the objective of establishing the company's presence in the commercial tire segment, specifically TBRs. Drawing on my expertise in tire design and development, tire construction, new business development, customer relationship management, and cost reduction, I am dedicated to realizing this mission. Additionally, I possess insights into the challenges and opportunities within the Indian tire market, complemented by a working proficiency in Japanese and German languages.
