As a core team member at Ambition Hire, I was responsible for the overall design of our SaaS platform, which revolutionized the hiring process for both recruiters and candidates. I designed the entire assessment platform from scratch, collaborating closely with the team through numerous brainstorming sessions. We faced various challenges during the initial phases, as this was a new venture for all of us, but we successfully navigated them together. Today, we have multiple products and features, with ongoing developments.In addition to my design responsibilities, I served as a Motion Designer, creating promotional videos and comprehensive walkthroughs for both recruiters and candidates to simplify our platform’s functionalities for clients. I am also managing our social media efforts to enhance our public reach and engagement.

Joined Talocity as a User Experience Designer, where I contributed to the third version of the existing SaaS product. My responsibilities included conducting thorough user testing to minimize steps in the user journey and enhance overall usability. I collaborated closely with various departments to ensure an efficient product development process, ultimately improving user flow and experience.

I began as a Graphic Designer, creating a variety of social media posts tailored to the unique needs of collaborating companies. I also worked on logo reveal videos, ensuring high-quality designs. I managed multiple clients simultaneously, successfully delivering projects on time while maintaining strong communication with both clients and my team. My role involved closely coordinating with colleagues and my mentor to meet project deadlines and expectations.Also, managed the social media presence for a sister company, "BeingDogs", which specialized in dog food, treats, and accessories.

I freelanced on a government project for Madhya Pradesh, focused on creating an AR (Augmented Reality) application for a museum. My role involved extracting elements from paintings using Adobe Photoshop and animating them in Adobe After Effects. I led the animation process, ensuring smooth team coordination for seamless execution. The project aimed to enhance the visitor experience by transforming static paintings into interactive videos, providing a more engaging and informative experience for tourists.
