Directed the design, development, and implementation of a cloud-based Learning Management System for managing all aspects of to completely replace the outdated and error-prone system which users could not no longer use or trust. The system was used to completely manage the complete lifecycle of the culinary students; application, finance, academic records, and post-graduation.End-users (approx. 100) workstations were also scoped and sourced; and the migration to Office 365 was facilitated with training in the new apps.The project involved an exhaustive requirements gathering process (a first for users there), as well as educating users to actively participate in this process.Security policies were developed and implemented, and the network architecture was redesigned and upgraded to handle the new system.

Worked with a outstanding team from A&M on a variety of intitiatives; most notably the platform rearchitecture for a health insurance provider. The results of this work included a comprehensive and comparative analysis with "best of breed" in the industry, an exhaustive RFI and RFP process leading to a selection of portal product and implementation vendor, and Information Architecture and re-design artifacts and guiding principles for the work ahead.

These projects required extensive integration with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, application development vendors, mobile phone manufacturers, e-commerce, IT, and Network Engineering.

Directed and managed the design, integration, testing, implementation, and commercial launch of a wireless VoIP system for Clearwire.

Directed the implementation and integration of a Picture Archival Communication System (PACS) in the Diagnostic Imaging department of California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC), a 1000-bed hospital in San Francisco. The system will acquire, index, archive, and provide enterprise-wide ready access to digital images from 250,000 radiology procedures performed annually.
