• End-to-end Recruitment: Preparation of JDs, • Preparing statutory reports and co-ordinate with the Statutory Consultants to ensure prompt statutory compliance.• Handling Monthly Payroll Audits, Statutory Audits and Vendor Audits.• SPOC for resolving all employee queries related to Salary, Timesheet, Leaves, Income Tax, etc.• Preparing HR Reports for Critical Management Decisions and Change in Policies.• Handle Exit Formalities & F&F.• BGV Process New Joiners & Ex- Employees.• Preparing and disbursing all HR Letters (Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, NOC, Address Proof etc.)• Liaison between Employees and Insurance TPA for claim settlements.• IT Declarations and Investment (Including Basket of Allowances)• Employee Engagement (Monthly rewards and recognition, Birthdays and Festival Occasion)• Processing US Business Visas (B1) & Taiwan Visas as per the project requirements

• Recruitment: Preparation of JDs, posting on the job portal, Shortlisting, Scheduling interviews, Salary Negotiations, making job offers and follow up till the joining.• Processing end to end Payroll on Greythr (HRMS) including monthly ESIC, EPF, PT, LWF (PAN INDIA) remittances.• Preparing reconciliation reports on payroll and statutory.• Conducting periodic Statutory Audits and ensuring compliance.• Design and Execute end to end Onboarding experience including Email creation, ID Cards, Insurance Policy, Bank account opening, joining kits & BGV.• Resolve all employee queries in a timely manner• Create and Drive Employee engagement programs on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, Organize Town hall and Ensure maximum employee participation overall.• Handle the Exit process and ensure proper closures of account, dues, conduct and record exit interviews and the Full and final settlement.

• End-to-end Recruitment: Preparation of JDs, posting on the job portal (Naukri.com), Shortlisting, Scheduling interviews, Salary Negotiations, making job offers and follow up till the joining.• Develop and drive the effective execution of complete onboarding formalities.• Manage Escalations and employee grievances and ensure smooth and timely resolution of the same.• Process end-to-end payroll for 400+ employees on HRMS (greytHR) and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.• Manage employee benefits – PF, ESI, Gratuity, Group Health Insurance & Group Personal Accident coverage, Gratuity, Bonus etc.• Manage Employee Exit including Exit interviews, Full & Final settlement, etc.• Ownership of the complete Attendance and Leaves management.• Ensure on time statutory compliance of ESI and PF.• Plan and Execute Employee Engagement programs like focus group sessions, health checkups, Fun sessions, etc.• Prepare and manage statutory documentation under Shops and Commercial Establishment Act and Contract Labor Act.
