●Handling the Campus hiring drive screening, driving the selection process, scheduling interviews, coordinating and closing Client requirements.●Ensuring quality recruitment experience for candidates from start to finish by maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with them. Fully understanding and meeting all SLAs and metrics to avoid any candidates being lost due to delay of contact, or other circumstantial issues.●Ensuring all data is accurate across the MIS of the organization. This includes maintaining data on the candidates from the interview process to the on-boarding stage. Actively taking care of vendor management.●Coordinating with TA managers to communicate trends and forecasting for client groups (i.e. candidate interest, Offer to join ratio, Decline reasons, others) and making trend reports to help the project in planning resource hiring.●Handling, organizing, and coordinating Week End Drives and Campus Walk-in interviews.●Have short-term experience in coordinating with the on-boarding team and supporting induction.
