 Leading a team of 5 managers to manage 30 sites across India and to acquire new businesses & make acquisitions for integrated facilities management or staffing services, majorly in the states of Maharashtra, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, & Punjab Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including maintenance, cleaning, payroll and other FM services. Analyze market trend and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Prepare and manage budgets for various operational, transition & sales activities. Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure profitability and cost effectiveness. Recruiting and mentoring the team for effective handling of day-to-day operations, site recce, offering proposals, negotiations, transitions, and value added services etc. Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency Implement policies and procedures to promote a safe environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations

 Leading Western and Central regions to acquire new businesses and acquisitions for IFM services. Planning and managing site recce/ assessment/surveys. Preparing customized offers, Following up & closing orders for both technical and soft services of Industrial, Commercial and Retail sites. And Introducing new verticals based on in-depth study of market requirements. Business developments, Pipelines weekly & monthly presentations to top management. Managing Business Transitions or Mobilizations through respective state teams. Providing strong support to entire operations team in terms of recruitment, value added services, Billing, Payment collections and vendor management etc. Managing business profitability through consistent P & L reviews.  Maintaining relationships with the customers through consistent site visits, Services Feedback, Participating in open forum discussions and by planning customer meet events etc.

 Accountable for managing multiple site operations across Banglore, Chandigarh, Delhi NCR and Pune areas with monthly 1.5 Cr billing and a team size of 4 assistant managers. Oversee all site operations in the assigned portfolio, which includes corporate offices, residential buildings, hotels, malls, and industries etc. Interaction with clients and vendors and maintaining good relationship. Manpower management, deployment & vendor management at client sites. Supporting the on-site team i.e. facility Managers and supervisors, for daily site operations. Providing value-added-services to selected clients, such as thermography audit, technical & safety on the job training and fire mock drills etc.  Responsible for new site startup & transitions. Ensure all site documentation is in place, including O&M, audit, training & compliance records. Attendance & invoices management. Confirm the accuracy of vendor &, and customer invoices. Ensuring employees and vendors are paid on time Preparing cost sheets, Site budgets etc.  Ensuring payment collection on time from all the clients.

 Responsible for handling multiple site operations including malls, hotels, corporate offices, industries etc.  Supporting the facility manager and supervisors for day-to-day site operations for IFM services.  Responsible for new site setups and mobilization. Responsible for manpower deployment, arrangements of training & development program to improve skills and creating a safe work environment.  Responsible for conducting technical, general, safety and HIRA audits. Ensure all site documentation is in place, including O & M, audits, training & compliance Providing daily, weekly & monthly operation reporting to higher management Preparing cost break-ups, site budgets and P & L sheets etc. Responsible for meeting with clients, solving operation related issues. Preparing attendance & cost sheets for multiple sites for salary & invoicing.  Payments follow up with clients.

 Responsible for O & M of multiple stores (D-Mart Sites- West Gujrat). O & M of Transformers, H.T, L.T panels, breakers, D.G set, UPS, Inverter, APFC banks etc. Operations of FA & PA systems and Firefighting systems. HVAC systems such as Chillers, AHUs, ductable A.Cs, split A.Cs, and freezers etc.
