Responsible for developing the strategy for design, deployment and maintenance of SAP security architecture. Manage and train the team in requirements gathering, design, setup and configuration, perform gap analysis, implementation, go-live activities and production support. Responsible for leading the strategy definition and execution for identification and resolution of Segregation of Duties (SOD) conflicts including the role redesign and customizing the rule set. Support and promote awareness of SAP security policies, procedures and guidelines. Responsible for performance reviews, developing the competency of team members and help in career development.
