I am a seasoned People Leader with a passion to transform HR and prepare business for the future. Working across various functions in my 15+ years of HR career has set me up to become a "full-stack" HR Professional. My experience ranges from -- Advising global clients on establishing talent strategies to -- Helping set up HR Service Delivery models to -- Designing and executing on HR Roadmaps to drive engagement -- Partnering with Business Leaders on organizational effectiveness. In other words, I have held various leadership positions in functions such as People Strategy, People Operations, HR Business Partnerships and Total Rewards. I strongly believe in working with my stakeholders to deliver a balanced approach to People Practices (balanced between organizational effectiveness and employee engagement/experience). I am an analytical problem solver who leads with astute business acumen.
