I am a lawyer (license no. 308/MoJ) and authorized to practice law in Lao PDR. I have practiced law in Lao PDR more than 8 years. I was elected for Vice President of Lao Bar Association in January 2010. I got Fulbright Scholarship (Humphrey Program) for professional training on Corporate Law and Securities Regulation at American University Washington College of Law, USA, in 2010-2011. I graduated Master of Law (LL.M.) from Nagoya University Graduate School of Law, Japan, in 2006.
