Vienna started her career in Investment Banking advising Fortune 500 and privately-held growth F&B and restaurant companies on strategic financial transactions, ranging from acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and various capital raises. She joined PepsiCo in 2010 and executed many of its most critical and complex transformations. In Corp M&A, she partnered with the business to evaluate and pursue portfolio changes and new capabilities for food and beverage business units in North America and LATAM. She was then asked to incubate a sustainability-forward global beverage business. Upon joining the North America Beverage BU in 2017, she brought a data-driven, holistic portfolio lens to the marketing and commercial organizations as Finance lead. In her final role as a founding member of the Strategy & Transformation function, she led a team of ~400 business and IT professionals, integrating several initiatives across technology (SAP), talent and processes, to lay a digital foundation for and modernize the business.
