1.Production plan/ Production Control - Receiving PO from Customer - Issuing daily/weekly production plan - Arranging machine and man-power - Calculating and controlling factory capacity - Up-to-date WIP and Finished goods to Director and Customer - Coordinating with other departments in resolving production planning and control issues - Improving the performance and production lead-time2. Material Control - Coordinating with other staff to ensure that materials are available when needed - Preparing reports on material inventories and costs for internal use by company management - Preparing purchase request for materials

- Make production plan for each product model and make sure no production gap.- Flow up production status, work with merchandising and sub-material purchasing teamto guarantee T&A.- Follow up the delivery 100% on time.- Make sure all orders close 4 days before ex-factory.- Make production daily records to follow up production status.- Follow up and monitor Finishing status to update shipping schedule.- Solve arising problem which impacts the production plan.
