I worked on a Business and Sales development project to develop new bundled capabilities and offering for large meteorological infrastructure projects. The goal of such projects is to improve national meteorological capability in terms of observations and forecasts by providing integrated solutions from software to hardware such as radars, radiosondes, weather stations, etc.My main task is to integrate wind lidars and ceilometers networks into such projects.My role included:• Communicating with different product and sales teams• Scientific research on potential applications of wind lidars and ceilometers and their synergy with other products from Vaisala's product porfolio• Proposing R&D strategy • Planning and develop future project

I worked in a project to provide real-time warning of volcanic ash and smoke for aviation safety in Finland with the Finnish Meteorological Institute. It is the government agency responsible for gathering and reporting weather data and forecasts in Finland.My role included:• Developing an algorithm for classification of cloud, aerosol and precipitation with Python• Improving data quality of atmospheric LiDAR instruments• Analyzing data from network of atmospheric LiDAR instruments across Finland
