Educate colleagues, communities, and patient(s) and their famil(y/ies) in-person, online, orhybrid - regarding diseases, therapeutics, and other related issues. Provide other consultativeservices (e.g., independent medical exams, review of medical charts, health assessments, etc.)

Focus primarily on working in Cardiovascular Research, working directly with Cardiovascular Research Physicians, Study Coordinators and Study Patients. Work directly with Cardiovascular Physicians in clinic 1-2 days per week. Sub-Investigator on research studies, screening patients for enrollment, knowing and following study protocols and helping and to ensure that the Primary Investigator and Study Coordinators follow the protocol. Present conference abstracts, and publish my own works in medical journals. Provision of patient care to deliver optimal patient care through effective clinical practice; education of the patient, patient’s family, clinical staff, and others; consultation with other healthcare providers; and maintain current knowledge regarding options for optimal patient care and outcomes.

Adjunct Faculty, PA Program

Forensic medical records review, physical examination, and development of claims for medical causation analysis and impairment ratings. In depth understanding of the medico-legal exams and processes of veteran compensation and pension examinations.

Admitted and discharged cardiac patients, completed cardiology consults, and managed in-hospital (LDS Hospital) cardiology patient flow. Worked directly with and trained in all three disciplines of interventional cardiology, general cardiology, and electrical physiology. Provided on-site medical supervision for nuclear stress tests, tilt table testing, and stress echocardiograms and medical consultations associated with those tests.
