Develop and implement business strategies across e-commerce platforms to expand market share for ICT brands such as ASUS, NZXT, ADATA, GEIL, TIANDY Cameras, ID-Cooling, BenQ - Zowie, Glorious Gaming Gears, MIK, and AGI.Manage online stores, update product listings, optimize content and banners, and design attractive promotional campaigns.Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to adjust strategies promptly.Develop and manage the e-commerce team, providing training and job orientation for team members.Execute marketplace marketing activities (Shopee Ads, CPAS, Affiliate Marketing).Manage budgets and optimize costs for all e-commerce activities.Negotiate with e-commerce platforms and build strong relationships to secure the best deals and support.Ensure efficient logistics operations and customer service, covering order processing, shipping, and handling complaints.

Develop and implement product strategies, build brand awareness, oversee product development, and ensure the product's success in the market. Conduct market research, position products, and collaborate with other departments to manage the product lifecycle.Handle reports (Excel, Power BI) and prepare PowerPoint presentations for key meetings with stakeholders (Asus, HP, Dell, Acer, MSI...) and distributors (Digiworld, FPT Synnex, Microstar...).Work closely with the CEO and Sales Director to derive insights from sales data, inventory, stock turnover, and product performance across different brands and distributors.Take primary responsibility for supervising the e-commerce sales team in launching, maintaining, and expanding official stores on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki, including Corsair Official Store, Microsoft Authorized Store, and Asus Flagship Store.Recruit, train, and oversee the work of administrative staff, retail system managers, and product management specialists.
