When I was 21, I created at the time the heaviest self-serving frozen yogurt in a 32oz cup that weighed 60.5oz. That is about 4lbs of frozen yogurt. It wasn't an easy task. One mistake would make my tower of frozen yogurt fall over and create a mess. Not to mention a waste. I had to make sure I was swirling the yogurt perfectly and quickly. If I took my time, the yogurt would melt in the process. I made sure to keep my cool, paid attention to detail, and kept an eye on my surrounding. As a result, I made the heaviest self-serving frozen yogurt known to that date. The owner of the company even reached out to congratulate me for such an accomplishment. Today, I do work as a project coordinator. I may have retired from making mountains of frozen yogurt but I carry the determination and attention to details to my projects. I am knowledgeable in agile and waterfall, project planning, and data analytics.
