With a degree in mechanical engineering, specialisation in motor vehicles, my experience as engineering and R&D manager was mainly in two factories, one manufacturing machines, the other components; I have always joined the passion for mechanics (University background and family tradition) with interest in computer science and electronics, engaging in multi-disciplinary projects.In my career I have also held the role of laboratory manager / experience testing room, training myself in metrology and advanced measurement systems. Following my personal passions, I have increased my knowledge and practical experience in several professional fields (computer music, computer graphics, CAD systems, software development and programming, real-time data acquisition systems, test benches, motor test cells, etc.).Today, in the position of Engineering Director, I have responsibilities in the areas of design, testing, product validation and industrialization, research and development.Supporting the Management, I have offered contribution in the company organization, in the development and investment policies, in the evolution of processes, in company procedures, in quality systems and in computerization.
