- Worked with schools to conduct need analysis and proposed innovative educational program for students in the area of Social and Emotional Learning and 21st Century Skills. Design educational program and solution for schools in the field of leadership, innovation, teamwork and communication.- Client: Vinschool, Vingroup, Wellspring Bilingual School, TTC Education, VAS... - Attended ENSEC (Europe Network for Social & Emotional Competence) Conference 2013, establish international connections to help promoting SEL in Vietnam. - In charge of program research, product development, program delivery. Introduce new programs: + He Phieu Luu Ky (www.hephieuluuky.vn): 1st adventure outdoor program for students to improve EQ & AQ, adaptability, perseverance, culture immersion and appreciation. + BeeProject: An innovative project based learning for primary students to develop collaboration, creativity, teamwork and independence. - Collaborated with Singapore Partner to promote outdoor education in Vietnam through talks & presentation to International schools. Adapt new development in the field of neuro-science, grit, growth mindset in training and development for students.

- Researched and promoted education and training framework: Social Emotional Learning & Partnership for 21st Century Skills and apply to improve current training programs as well as to develop new strategic & innovative training programs for schools.- Developed and launched “Tôi Tài Giỏi! Bạn Cũng Thế”, a Vietnamese version of “I Am Gifted” training program, localized the content to fit Vietnamese culture. The program becomes the No. 1 youth development training program in Vietnam with 20000 participants from 63 provinces in 5 years.- Oversaw recruiting, training and maintaining 2 regional coaching teams of more than 100 members to organize training programs in both Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City offices.- Oversaw back-end functions: Training, Operation & product development with 20 staffs- Business projects: Overseeing business expansion in Da Nang in 2012, including setting up new office, recruiting new staffs & coaching team to successfully run 5 training programs in 6 months. Led summer sales campaign in 2010 that booked 2-month revenue in 10 days, significantly increased cash flow.

• Performed over 2000 relevance search tests designed to measure data quality for Yahoo! Vietnam’s web search content which help improves the search engine result.• Evaluated the quality and appropriateness of web content of the search results

• Led the main-committee and 8 sub-committees to organize annual cultural and sport activities for more than 700 members. Introduced 2 new sub-committees.• Strengthened the financial capability through new membership scheme, sponsorship and other self-funding activities; tripled the budget to S$9000.• Founded CareerHub, VNCNUS-owned career service information portal; strengthened and widened the network of MNCs in Vietnam as well as Singapore from 2 to more than 10 companies.
