• Developed the Cause of Death Analytics Team as its lead, implementing Scrum (the first at IHME) to iterate and deliver 12 groundbreaking research products under the Gates-funded Global Burden of Disease Study
• Built the world’s most comprehensive mortality database, improving all analytics and ETL processes through parallelization on our cluster resulting in a 14-fold increase in iteration velocity
• Contributed to negotiations with international data partners to win privileged data partnerships in China, UK, and Brazil
• Led institute-wide initiatives for code parallelization, peer review, STATA & research methods trainings, and code versioning

• Implemented capital improvement projects and marketing campaigns to turn a small radiation clinic into a regional leader in technology and care
