Mission in a major French bank :Context :Management of the redesign of the Datahub of the entity BCEF (Commercial Bank in France) based on Hadoop, to a custom Datahub in the private cloud, based on heterogeneous technologies (IBM COS, Starburst Enterprise, Apache Airflow...), as part of an agile project at scale.This project is part of a BNP Paribas Group-wide program. The new services are developed by the Group IT department (ITG), and various experts can be mobilized when necessary. Some thirty BCEF applications are currently using the Datahub, and will be using the new group services in the future.Responsibilities :- Management of a three people team, its backlog and its communication, in a context of high visibility.- Refinement of the need with client applications and transcription in US.- POC organization in order to improve and validate technologic choices and coordination between developers, OPS and the various experts involved.- Reporting to the hierarchy on progress made and risks and deviations identified when needed.- Building and monitoring the schedule for migrating applications to the new services, taking into account the constraints and requirements of the various stakeholders.

Two missions at the French Ministry of the Interior :1- SI DCAContext :The SI DCA is a set of applications allowing the Automated Control Department (DCA) to control the deployment, maintenance and management of its fleet of automatic speed cameras. One manufacturer intervenes as AMOA to specify needs in the form of US, while another intervenes as AMOE to carry out developments. Each of them brings around 15 people to the project.Responsibilities :• Management of the project and monitoring of all technical subjects (development, integration, operation, architecture, IT security, implementation of an IT continuity plan, load tests, construction of a BigData platform, etc.)…• Coordination of experts involved in the project (around ten architects, network experts, data center technicians, etc.)• Management of the provider in charge of development of the project, participation in drafting the invitation to tender for the renewal of the contract, and verification that its invoices (around €1M per quarter) correspond to the deliveries made.2- Driver's license information system Context :The ANTS (French secure documents agency) is in charge of steering, monitoring and modernizing all the driving license IS applications. The Road Safety Delegation (DSR) is the program's manager, and two industrial firms are in charge of development, each employing a dozen developers.The IT department (DNUM) was in charge of hosting, integration and operation, and provided me with architects and various experts to deal with any problems encountered on the project.Responsibilities• Managing seven applications, from interaction with supplier companies on developments to installation by the operator.• Keeping schedules and reports, as well as managing committee work (drafting support documents and minutes and chairing meetings).• Coordination between the various teams and departments involved in the project.• Managing links with other ANTS and DSR departments.

Context :Project Manager in the team responsible for the smooth running and development of the central reservation system and sales site of a bus transport company, in an agile and international context.Responsibilities• Gathering requirements from the business, writing User Stories and functional acceptance testing.• Prioritize upgrades in collaboration with the business and the reservation system editor (Dutch company, all exchanges were in English).• Manage the integration of new partners into the system (sales platforms or other carriers, usually international). Assisted with API implementation. Around one new partner per quarter.• Monitoring and reporting on application performance indicators.• Level two support.

Context :Business analyst on an internship within a team of four people responsible for a decision support application for cost accounting. The purpose of this application is to provide reporting to management controllers.Responsibilities• Participation in the design of new versions.• Writing detailed functional specifications.• Supervision of developments carried out by the development team.• Set up acceptance strategy with HP QC ALM and tests execution.• Management of ancillary projects such as organizing a load test campaign or a code review.
