• Handling major customers and visiting the customers for continuous business, ensuring recurring business by constantly being in touch with existing and major customers• Handling mainly AMC,LUB OIL, NEPI, RECON, REPOWERING,NEW ENGINE, business as well as back end of sales, generation of business on continuous basis• Customer servicing through support functions: i.e. Service / Logistics (response to customers, query resolution) • Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers for business development. • Identifying prospective customers from various sectors thereby achieving business targets. • Sending quotation and pamplets to customers about Product and Services. • Establish strong relations with key decision makers of corporate across the region.• Responding to customer including Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI).• Responsible for being one point contact of Company to the customers for the entire .• Responsible for gathering all the required information from the customer and Analyzing it to pass on to technical team. • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre/post technical assistance.• Giving Presentations and Demonstrations to the Customers whenever needed.• Negotiating and Closing the Orders.
